SHIPPING
Every printed Neighs + Notes book is printed, bound and checked by hand on our farm in Riverina, NSW.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 5-7 business days. Pre-orders ship from the date shown on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once it's ready.
Delivery within Australia
We ship Australia wide with Australia Post.
The estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Standard Post: 3-8 business days.
Express: 1-4 business days.
*Orders over $99 receive free shipping and will be sent via Standard Post, unless specified otherwise by the purchaser at check out.
*Please note that rural and remote addresses can take a little longer.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. If you're overseas, our instand PDF downloads are also available on our website or Etsy store.
Christmas Orders
Please order printed books by the cut-off date specified for delivery prior to Christmas. After that date, gift cards and instant PDFs are available right up to Christmas Eve.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please email us at neighsandnotes@outlook.com and we will follow it up with Australia Post.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Neighs + Notes book. If something isn't right, please get it touch via email and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Every book is checked before it leaves the office, but we are only human and sometimes things go wrong here or in transit. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a replacement or a refund, including postage, if your order is incorrect or there is genuine damage or fault to your product/s.
Change of Mind
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Digital Downloads
Because PDFs are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer any type of return or refund on these products. If a file won't open or there's a problem with it, please email us so we can assist from the backend.
Your rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
