Are your diaries dated?
The Horse Owners Diary is dated for the year, starting in January. All other books and resources are undated so you can start them anytime.
What size are the books?
Our printed books are all A4 (unless stated otherwise) and coil bound so they lie flat for ease of use and long term durability.
How many horses do the books cover?
This depends on the book. The Broodmare Book has 4 different versions available (5 mares, 10 mares etc) so you can pick the version that best accommodates the size of your breeding operation. The Equine Record Keeping Journal is designed to accommodate one horse per journal, so you should purchase one for each horse you own.
What is the difference between the printed and PDF versions?
The printed books are professionally printed and bound, and you are sent a physical copy ready for use. The PDFs are instant downloads, sent to you via email, that you can print at home.
How do I get my PDF?
You'll receive a download link by email straight after purchasing. You can also download it from your account via Etsy, if you choose to purchase there rather than the website.
Can I print my PDF more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like for your own personal use.
Can I share or sell my PDF?
No. Our PDFs are for personal use only, so please don't share, forward or resell the files. If a friend loves it, send them our way!
My download isn't working. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still missing, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Do you do custom or bulk orders?
Yes. We can do bulk orders and custom editions of majority of our products to suit clubs, societies, associations, studs and events.

Is Neighs + Notes the same as The Dusty Note?
Yes - kind of! The Dusty Note became Neighs + Notes in 2026. Same maker, same favourite products but with a new name, a rebrand, a bigger range and better books at the end of the day!
